Crystal Fox is a resident of Mayfiel,KY. Crystal holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and Counseling and a minor in behavioral studies. Over the last 27 years Crystal has been held several roles including, residential staff for at risk youth, family preservation specialist serving 8 Western Kentucky counties, a case manager at a level 5 girls treatment center, mental health specialist, sexual assasult coordinator and analyst case manger. She has served on several boards and committees throughout the commonwealth. Crystal has received several recognitions and honors over the years including WellCare Community Champion, Social Justice Star, Healthy Kentucky Champion. Crystal has a passion to enrich and empower the youth of our community so they can be better equipped to be productive members of society.

Derrick Parrott is a native of Mayfield, KY. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and master's degree in Human Development both from Murray State University. Derrick currently works as Community Liason for Mayfield Independednt Schools full time while serving as a City Council member for Mayfield and a coach for Mayfield Middle School football and athletic director or Mayfield Middle School. Derrick is committed to serving his community and the youth in any capacity in an effort to help them thrive and become successful in their adulthood.
