About Us

Crystal Fox is a resident of Mayfiel,KY. Crystal holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and Counseling and a minor in behavioral studies. Over the last 20 years Crystal has been employed as staff at a residential treatment center for at risk youth, family preservation specialist serving 8 Western Kentucky counties, a case manager at a level 5 girls treatment center, and most recently as a mental health specialist serving students in Mayfield and Graves County. Crystal has a passion to enrich and empower the youth of our community so they can be better equipped to be productive members of society.

Derrick Parrott is a native of Mayfield, KY. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and master's degree in Human Development both from Murray State University. Derrick currently works for PACS full time while serving as a City Council member for Mayfield and a coach for Mayfield Middle School football and basketball. Derrick is committed to serving his community and the youth in any capacity in an effort to help them thrive and become successful in their adulthood.
